This zine centers around Ryan Standfest, an artist featured on the 'Not Approved by the Comics Code Authority". This blog written by Joe Lupo highlights modern artists that draw inspiration from comics. Our Assignment was to design a zine around a selected artist. Ryan Standfests work feels structed and thoughtful but, also ammusing and intentful. To Design a zine around his interview I took inspiration from this style. It felt architectural. I built this zine structure from multiple sections to examine the different interview themes, his work, and his personal brand.
